Christmas 2011

Christmas time always seems like such a magical time of the year, and even more when you are a kid. Before Christmas we enjoyed our ward Christmas breakfast. Santa showed up and Morgan didn't like sitting on his lap.

Later that week we had some friends from the ward over to decorate cookies. They were so yummy!

Christmas was spent with the Andrus side of the family this year. We all opened our sibling presents the day before Christmas and enjoyed lots of food. Morgan made out like a bandit this year receiving a play kitchen from Grandma Zabel, lots of play food from Grandma Andrus, and the favorites...the cow pillow and blanket and the bean bag, all from Great Grandma Hanks. It was fun to open presents with just us this year. We enjoyed Peaches and Cream French Toast and bacon for breakfast and then got to watch Daddy sing in the Christmas concert. We then headed back down to Poky to spend more time with family. It was a wonderful Christmas for us and we have been blessed a lot this past year! (And yes, Morgan did get put into bed in her outfit for Christmas Eve. Poor reindeer had a rough night, she was falling off and missing an antler:)
